CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit will cover the time the artist uses to design your tattoo. If you do not show- you will lose your deposit. You may reschedule, only if you communicate beforehand. There is a 24 hour rescheduling policy. If you do not reschedule and choose to not show, you lose your deposit. There is a 10 min late grace period, if you are running behind and do not communicate, you will lose your deposit and appointment. If you do not follow the set rules in place(example: showing up intoxicated)-the artist has the right to refuse the tattoo and you will have to make another deposit and appointment. There is a cancellation fee.
